Candied Yams was born out of my passion for jewelry. The name, like the food, represents homemade natural goodness with a sweet style.
About Me

- I've always been fascinated by all things small, odd and sweet. It wasn't long before I discovered my mother's box of trinkets and started wearing them for fun. Growing up in New York City, I found that people wore jewelry to accentuate their wardrobe and I personally used jewelry to express my moods, personality and style. I started creating my own "statement" pieces 6 years ago and haven't stopped since then. When I am not designing jewelry, I am busy exploring Minnesota with my family and teaching at the Jefferson Community School in Minneapolis.
